五年120GWh!海辰储能携手中车株洲所开启1175Ah/587Ah大规模应用新范式
2025年12月5日,协会理事单位海辰储能与中车株洲电力机车研究所有限公司综合能源事业部(以下简称“中车株洲所综合能源事业部”)正式签署合作协议。根据协议内容,“十五五”时期(2026—2030年),海辰储能将向中车株洲所综合能源事业部供应累计不低于120GWh的储能产品,涵盖314Ah、∞Cell 587Ah、∞Cell 1175Ah等在内的系列储能电池产品。此次合作旨在进一步整合双方优势资源,在规模化应用、产品交付、技术创新与产业协同等方面形成合力,共推储能产业高质量发展,加速全球能源转型进程。

(CRRC Zhuzhou). Under the agreement, during the 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-2030), HiTHIUM will supply a total of no less than 120 GWh of energy storage products to the CRRC Zhuzhou Institute Comprehensive Energy Business Unit. These products will include a series of energy storage batteries, such as 314Ah, ∞Cell 587Ah, ∞Cell 1175Ah, and others. The product was launched in 2024, achieved mass production in August 2025, and took the lead in large-scale implementation. Recently, it has successfully supported the batch delivery of CRRC Zhuzhou Institute's new generation of 6.25MWh BESS, which will be deployed in high-proportion renewable energy scenarios in northwest China, with a total scale exceeding the GWh level, validating the product's reliability and delivery capabilities through real large-scale projects. HiTHIUM’s ∞Cell 587Ah combines multi-dimensional advantages such as high performance, high safety, high reliability, long cycle life, and high adaptability, creating product competitiveness characterized by a shared technological origin, a unified platform, and overlapping advantages. The ∞Cell 1175Ah Advancing the 6.X Dual-Track Serving as the cornerstone of this 120 GWh-scale cooperation, HiTHIUM's ∞Cell 1175Ah also represents a key highlight of the partnership. In 2024, the ∞Cell 1175Ah and its supporting system were iteratively released, continuously pushing the technological boundaries of the industry. The ∞Cell 1175Ah product achieved mass production and rolled off the production line in June 2025, and completed the global delivery of the first batch of 6.25MWh 4h long-duration Energy Storage System in October this year, marking the product's official entry into the stage of large-scale application. This new cooperation agreement establishes a dual-track partnership for the 6.X ultra-high-capacity integrated systems, covering the entire journey from forward-looking planning to initial breakthrough, and from mass production to global delivery. Leveraging its comprehensive capabilities spanning R&D, manufacturing, and scenario verification, HiTHIUM is poised to continuously inject new momentum into the market. Together, the ∞Cell 1175Ah and ∞Cell 587Ah create a versatile product matrix for multiple duration and scenario needs, enabling a large-capacity "dual-engine" system to provide customers with more flexible options and to empower their energy innovation.
